Refund & Cancellation Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to the LNS Websites monthly website package and to any separately agreed project work.

Where a signed proposal or agreement sets out different terms for a particular project, that agreement takes precedence.

Monthly package

The monthly package is billed in advance for each service period.

You can cancel at any time. Once a monthly payment has been taken it is not refundable, and your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Cancelling

To cancel, email development@lnswebsites.co.uk. A cancellation is effective from the point it is acknowledged in writing.

Your domain when you leave

If you cancel and would like full control of your domain name, we will transfer complete control to you and remove ourselves for a one-off administration fee of £50.

Your website files when you leave

If you plan to host the website yourself and would like to keep the site we built, you can purchase the source code in its entirety from us for a one-off fee of £499. Once purchased, the code is yours to host and maintain independently.

Consumer rights

Where you buy as a consumer rather than as a business, statutory rights under UK consumer law may also apply and are not affected by this policy.
